Defendants Foday Kamara and Morlai Sesay have been remanded to the Freetown Male Correctional Facility by Magistrate Mustapha Brima Jah of Pademba Road Court No. 1. The individuals face charges related to office breaking and larceny.

Court records indicate that on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at #48 Big Waterloo Street in Freetown, the defendants allegedly conspired with additional parties to commit a felony, specifically office breaking and theft.

The prosecution alleges that the defendants gained unauthorized entry into Logistics Solution and Services, where they stole property valued at 13,200 Leones, including a Sub Massive machine and an HP laptop.

Upon the formal reading of the charges, neither defendant entered a plea, as the current proceedings serve as a committal hearing.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Eric A. Deen confirmed that both defendants were formally served with the case and inquiry files, the receipt of which they have acknowledged.

Magistrate Jah denied bail for the defendants, citing the severity of the charges brought against them.

The matter has been adjourned until June 30, 2026, for further legal proceedings.
