Revolutionizing Water Bill Payments with SALWACO and RCB's Simkorpor

The Sierra Leone Water Company (SALWACO) and Rokel Commercial Bank (RCB) have introduced a new digital platform for water bill payments, titled “Paying for Clean, Safe, and Affordable Water Just Got Easier.”

This collaboration seeks to transform water service delivery by improving convenience, accessibility, and transparency. Central to this initiative is the Simkorpor platform, which enables customers, especially those in remote areas, to pay their water bills effortlessly.

Simkorpor addresses persistent challenges in bill collection, particularly in rural areas where traditional payment methods are often cumbersome or unavailable. By utilizing digital technology, it simplifies the payment process, making it significantly easier for customers to meet their obligations.
