Sierra Leone’s Minister Arrives in Istanbul for STRATCOM 2026 Summit

Hon. Chernor A. Bah, Sierra Leone’s Minister of Information and Civic Education, has arrived in Istanbul to participate in the upcoming STRATCOM 2026 Summit, scheduled to take place from March 27–28, 2026.

Organized by the Presidential Directorate of Communications, the summit serves as a premier global forum, convening international leaders, diplomats, and communications experts to address the evolving landscape of strategic communication.

STRATCOM 2026 is expected to host thousands of delegates and speakers representing more than 50 nations. The program will focus on critical thematic areas, including crisis communication, the mitigation of disinformation, public diplomacy, emerging technologies, and advanced media planning. The summit continues to solidify its role as a vital platform for fostering international dialogue and the exchange of global best practices.

Minister Bah is accompanied by Mr. Andrew S. Kamara, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Information and Civic Education.
