The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) has held its 2026 Ordinary Congress in Bo City in the last two days, a pivotal assembly dedicated to the strategic advancement of national football.

The preliminary sessions successfully convened representatives from all five Regional Football Associations, fostering a framework for enhanced transparency and administrative synergy.

Core objectives of the regional consultations included the identification and resolution of administrative challenges and the formulation of development strategies to optimize football governance across the country.

These discussions underscored the SLFA's commitment to inclusive policy-making and long-term institutional growth.

Formal proceedings at Wizard Hall are focused on key governance reforms and the ratification of policy decisions designed to modernize the sport's infrastructure in Sierra Leone.

The Congress serves as the highest decision-making authority, operating under the leadership of President Babadi Kamara in strict accordance with SLFA Statutes.
