The management of Bhantal Football Club has paid a courtesy visit to the President of the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA), Babadi Kamara, at his office in Kingtom, Freetown, to express heartfelt gratitude for his unwavering support during the club’s CAF Confederation Cup preliminary rounds against Guinean side Hafia FC.

During the visit, Bhantal FC’s Chief Executive Officer, Abdul Haziz Jalloh, commended President Kamara for his substantial contribution to the team’s international campaign, including providing free access to the Southern Arena and offering vital assistance both in Sierra Leone and Ivory Coast.

“We are very grateful for your service. Your assistance gave us joy to compete internationally,” Jalloh said, emphasizing how the President’s support boosted the club’s morale and performance.

In response, President Kamara congratulated Bhantal FC on their commendable achievement, noting that only a few Sierra Leonean clubs have reached such a milestone on the continental stage. He urged the team to continue working diligently and uphold professionalism and discipline as they strive for greater success.

“It’s an honor for a few Sierra Leonean clubs to play at the international level. Keep doing the right thing and keep the flag flying,” Kamara remarked.
