SLFA Trains Match Officials Ahead of New League Season

The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) has officially commenced a two-day training session for Match Commissioners and Match General Coordinators ahead of the start of both the male and female leagues.

The training was formally opened by SLFA President Babadi Kamara, who urged participants to uphold professionalism, perform their duties diligently, and refrain from any form of match manipulation.


He emphasized that under his leadership, the SLFA will not tolerate malpractice, stressing that the Executive Committee is committed to ensuring that league champions earn their titles on merit.

A total of 45 Match Commissioners and 45 Match General Coordinators are participating in the seminar, which is being facilitated by SLFA Vice President (II) Prince Kai Saquee and Competitions Director Sorie Ibrahim Sesay.
