SLRSA Concludes Annual Performance Review for Heads of Station

The Sierra Leone Road Safety Authority (SLRSA) has wrapped up its two-day Annual Performance Review for Heads of Station at its Kissy Road headquarters in Freetown, highlighting notable improvements in leadership and operational efficiency across the country.

Executive Director James Bagie Bio stressed that station-level performance directly affects service delivery, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation. He noted that where performance falls short, practical improvement plans would be implemented, while strong performance models would be replicated across other stations.

Deputy Executive Director and Head of Operations, Josie Scott-Manga, called on all station heads to remain committed, responsible, and focused on achieving Management’s targets. Director of Human Resource and Administration, Mariama Masuba, emphasized the critical leadership role of station heads in driving performance and fostering a positive workplace culture, urging fairness, diligence, and accountability in their duties.

Manager of Research and Development, Ambrose Tucker, explained that evaluations were based on clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) under the Performance Contract framework to ensure efficiency and revenue growth. Meanwhile, Director of Finance, Joseph Momoh, commended the 2025 results and encouraged station heads to build on these gains for stronger outcomes in 2026.

The review underscores SLRSA’s ongoing commitment to strengthening leadership, improving service delivery, and enhancing operational standards nationwide.
