Two Out-of-School Children Get Educational Support From SSIF

The Sorogbeima Social Impact Foundation (SSIF) has provided essential school materials to two out-of-school children, a boy and a girl, in Koijeh Village following its schools tour in the community.

During the visit, the foundation’s team encouraged the children to return to school and discovered that a lack of basic educational materials was preventing them from enrolling. The children expressed their willingness to resume their education.

Despite its members being students with limited financial resources, the foundation contributed from their own pockets to purchase the necessary materials to help the children enrol and begin the first term.

The initiative was welcomed by community members, who praised the young people for supporting children in need and investing in their future.

According to Munieru Mustapha Massaquoi, Chief Administrator of SSIF, the intervention reflects the foundation’s belief that meaningful change begins with a willingness to act, even with limited resources.

He reaffirmed the foundation’s commitment to education, mentorship, human development and creating opportunities for young people, emphasising that every child deserves access to education regardless of their circumstances.

The initiative aligns with SSIF’s messages, “Safe Choices, Bright Futures” and “Catch Them When They Are Young,” which guide its efforts to promote education and community-driven development.
