Joseph Cleveland Set to Join Liberian Club Heaven Eleven

Former Ports Authority FC forward Joseph Cleveland is reportedly close to completing a move to Liberian First Division side Heaven Eleven.
Cleveland has already featured for “The Messengers” in a pre-season friendly against Discoveries FC, an indication that negotiations between the player and the club are progressing.
The forward enjoyed an impressive 2025/26 Leone Rock Premier League campaign with Ports Authority FC, making 28 appearances, scoring nine goals and providing three assists.
The proposed transfer is understood to be around 80 percent complete, with final formalities still being worked out.
However, the move has not yet been officially confirmed by either the player or Heaven Eleven.
