APC Sets Deadline for Ward Election Aspirants to Submit Application Proof

The All People’s Congress (APC) has reminded all aspiring candidates for Ward Executive positions that the deadline to submit evidence of their applications is fast approaching, ahead of the party’s Ward Elections scheduled for Saturday, 21 February 2026.
In a notice issued by the APC National Secretariat on 16 February 2026, the party instructed all aspirants who applied electronically through the APC Election Application Platform to present proof of their application and payment receipts to the National Secretariat no later than Wednesday, 18 February 2026. Documents may be submitted in person or through the respective District Chairmen. Hardcopy application forms and receipts are also accepted.
The notice emphasized that no new applications or late submissions will be entertained, reinforcing the party’s commitment to a transparent and orderly internal election process.
The upcoming Ward Elections form part of the APC’s broader effort to strengthen grassroots leadership and organization nationwide, with coordination handled through party offices in Freetown, Bo, Kenema, Makeni, and Port Loko.
Acting Head of Secretariat, Cherner C.S. Kamera, signed the notice, reiterating the party’s dedication to a structured election process and reminding aspirants to strictly adhere to submission deadlines.
