C Bolt Named Chairman as ALL-STARS Sierra Leone Reveals Interim Executive

The Union of Musicians All-Stars Sierra Leone (ALL-STARS) has unveiled its interim leadership structure as part of efforts to strengthen governance, improve administrative efficiency, and enhance representation within Sierra Leone’s music industry.

According to a public notice issued on 12th May 2026 by the ALL-STARS Elders Council, the interim leadership will serve for one year before transitioning into elections.

The Union said the structure is intended to support ongoing reforms and improve operational effectiveness within the organisation.

Under the new arrangement, musician C Bolt has been appointed Chairman, while Fantacee Wiz will serve as Secretary General.

In the finance department, Camouflage was named Financial Controller and Vida appointed Treasurer.

The organising department will be led by 4Yoh as Organising Secretary, with Snooptee serving as assistant.

Nega Don has been appointed Auditor for the interim administration.

The Union also announced regional coordinators who will serve as liaisons between the organisation and district artist unions across the country, including Moris Kay (Kenema), Step G (Bo), and Jay Tee (Makeni).

In addition, standing committees have been established, including a Constitution Review Committee to oversee governance reforms and alignment of the Union’s legal framework.

A Welfare Committee has also been created to address member welfare and support initiatives for musicians and entertainment stakeholders.

The ALL-STARS Elders Council described the interim structure as a coordinated framework aimed at promoting unity, accountability, and institutional development ahead of future elections.
