Chief Ibrahim Brima Swaray once again demonstrates unwavering commitment to community welfare in Kenema City, supporting local teachers

Known for his philanthropic spirit, Chief Swaray recently turned his words into action by fulfilling a promise made to government-pincoded teachers at the Municipal Primary School in Burma, Kenema City.

The plight of these teachers many of them single mothers came into the spotlight after their names were mysteriously deleted from the government payroll. Faced with financial uncertainty and the heavy responsibility of providing for their families, they sought the intervention of Chief Swaray.

True to his word, on Saturday, 27th September 2025, Chief Swaray’s team in Kenema delivered 50kg bags of rice and cash contributions to seven female and two male teachers affected by the setback.

This gesture was not just an act of charity but a reaffirmation of Chief Swaray’s dedication to uplifting vulnerable groups within his community. His intervention, teachers say, arrived as “timely support,” easing their struggles and renewing their sense of hope.

By standing in solidarity with the teachers, Chief Ibrahim Brima Swaray has underscored that leadership is not defined by position alone but by compassion, empowerment, and accountability.

His example continues to inspire resilience and unity in Kenema, proving that in times of difficulty, one person’s generosity can ignite a ripple effect of hope across an entire community.
