President Julius Maada Bio has issued a formal appeal to the citizens of Sierra Leone, emphasizing the critical importance of maintaining support for the Sierra Leone People’s Party (SLPP) beyond his current administration. He underscored that political continuity is essential for sustained national development and the realization of long-term strategic goals.

Addressing a public assembly in Bo City, the President called upon party supporters to remain steadfast in their allegiance, stating, "Even after my tenure, I urge you to continue your support for the SLPP."
