Jagaban Denies Filing Legal Action Against APC Over Elections

Mohamed Omodu Kamara's campaign team, popularly known as Jagaban, has formally refuted circulating social media allegations that he has initiated legal proceedings against the All People's Congress (APC) regarding the recently concluded lower-level elections.

In an official press release issued on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, the MOK Jagaban Campaign Team categorically dismissed the reports as "false" and "entirely fabricated." The statement explicitly denied that Jagaban has filed or intends to file any legal action against the APC.

The campaign team posits that the viral social media post was intentionally designed to mislead party members, generate unwarranted friction, and misrepresent the facts concerning the internal electoral process.

The statement underscored that Jagaban remains a steadfast and loyal member of the APC, committed to respecting party structures and internal conflict resolution mechanisms, with a primary focus on promoting party unity, discipline, and the democratic process. It further asserted his commitment to resolving concerns through established party protocols and lawful institutional channels, rather than through public speculation or propaganda.

This clarification aims to halt the spread of misinformation and alleviate concerns among party supporters following the lower-level elections.
