Kenema Police Division Celebrates CSP Osman Sesay for Exemplary Service

Senior officers of the Kenema Division, together with personnel from the Regional Headquarters–East, gathered to celebrate the birthday of Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) Osman Sesay, the Regional Coordinator of the Complaints, Discipline, and Internal Investigations Department (CDIID).

The event highlighted the strong sense of unity, solidarity, and camaraderie within the Sierra Leone Police in the eastern region.

CSP Sesay was commended for his unwavering commitment to duty and his reputation for fairness in overseeing disciplinary and investigative matters. His professionalism, officers noted, has become a benchmark for conduct and accountability across the division.

During the celebration, Local Unit Commander CSP Bob Musa Naslic Mansaray reminded personnel that recognition within the force is earned through consistency, punctuality, integrity, and adherence to professional standards.

He encouraged officers to remain focused and diligent, particularly during the ongoing promotion appraisal period, and stressed the importance of timely reporting and proper management of off-duty responsibilities.

Other senior officers also shared motivating words aimed at strengthening morale, especially among junior ranks, and reinforcing the division’s collective commitment to discipline and excellence.

The event, while celebratory, ultimately served as a reaffirmation of the division’s dedication to unity, professionalism, and accountability within the Sierra Leone Police.
