Mogbwemo Queens Crowned Invincible Champions of the 2025/26 Marampa Mines Women’s Premier League
Mogbwemo Queens have officially been crowned champions of the 2025/26 Marampa Mines Women’s Premier League, securing their status as the dominant force in Sierra Leonean women’s football.
The crowning ceremony, held in Bo City, celebrated a historic "invincible" campaign in which the team achieved a remarkable 100% winning rate throughout the season.
The three-time champions concluded their flawless run with an impeccable record: 22 games played, 22 wins, and 66 points.

Their clinical performance saw them net 72 goals while conceding only 6, further cementing their legacy by winning the league title undefeated for the second time in four seasons.
Following the final matches at the Coronation Field and Southern Arena, the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA), under the leadership of President Mr. Babadi Kamara, immediately presented the championship and runner-up prizes to Mogbwemo Queens and Ram Kamara, respectively.
The ceremony was attended by a distinguished group of football stakeholders and high-ranking government officials. Key figures in attendance included the Chief Minister, Dr. David Moinina Sengeh; the Minister of Sports, Madam Augusta James-Teima; the President of the SLFA, Mr. Babadi Kamara; and the Executive Director of the National Sports Authority, Mohamed Alphaka Conteh Esq.
Their presence, alongside representatives from proud sponsors Marampa Mines, underscored the collective commitment to the empowerment and continued development of the women’s elite league in Sierra Leone.
