In response, Jalloh highlighted the judiciary’s role, particularly that of the Social Security Court, in handling cases involving compliance with social security legislation. Jalloh emphasised the importance of continued cooperation between NASSIT and the judiciary to strengthen legal compliance and protect workers’ social security rights. He also expressed his willingness to maintain regular engagement with the Chief Justice on legal matters relating to the enforcement of social security laws.
