SLPP Chairman Inspects Kenema District Office Construction

In an unannounced visit on Monday, August 17, 2026, the National Chairman of the Sierra Leone People's Party (SLPP), Sir Jimmy Batilo Songa, conducted an inspection of the ongoing construction of the Kenema District Party Office.
The surprise visit aimed to evaluate firsthand the progress made on the project following the official sod-turning ceremony three months ago.
During the visit, Chairman Songa addressed attendees, delivering a message focused on fostering peace, solidarity, and unity across the party membership.
SLPP Kenema District Chairman Kemson Brima Moriba presided over the brief gathering at the site, which drew notable interest from local party stakeholders, loyalists, members of the press, and security personnel.
